Warranty Coverage

Invention Audio provides standard warranty coverage from the date of purchase of the product. Electronics are covered for a period of one year. Passive loudspeakers are covered for a period of two years. Active speakers including powered loudspeakers and powered subwoofers are covered for a period of one year. This warranty ensures that the product is free from manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

Eligibility for Warranty Extension

Warranty extension eligibility depends on verification of the original purchase details and the operational condition of the product. Customers may request evaluation for warranty extension by providing product information, serial number, and proof of purchase. Eligibility is determined after reviewing the product history and service records.

Customers who wish to extend the warranty period can contact Invention Audio support and provide the required product details and purchase information. The support team will review the request and inform the customer about the available extension options where applicable.

Coverage Under Extended Warranty

Extended warranty coverage continues to protect the product against manufacturing defects and operational issues related to the original design and components. The extension allows continued access to authorized service and technical support.

Parts and Service Coverage

During the warranty period, eligible products may receive service support for manufacturing related issues. Repair or replacement of defective components may be provided according to the applicable warranty policy after proper technical inspection.

Servo Stabilizer Requirement

The use of a servo voltage stabilizer is mandatory for maintaining proper operating conditions of the equipment. Voltage fluctuations can significantly reduce the life of electronic components and may damage the equipment. Products operated without proper voltage stabilization may not qualify for warranty coverage if damage occurs due to unstable power conditions.

Speaker Usage Conditions

Speakers must be operated within their recommended power and operating limits. Over driven speakers that suffer voice coil burnout or damage due to excessive power levels are not considered a manufacturing defect and therefore are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Validation

Warranty claims require verification of the product serial number and valid purchase documentation. This validation process confirms the authenticity of the product and ensures that the warranty coverage is applicable.

Conditions of Warranty
